JoAnn Brown, 75, of Zanesville passed at 9:55 P.M. on Wednesday, April 24, 2024, at her home.
She was born on Tuesday, June 15, 1948, in Zanesville, Ohio the daughter of the late Willard Crawford and Nadine Harmon Crawford.
JoAnn was a Life-long member of Trinity Full Gospel Church. She was employed with Lear Corporation for many years. JoAnn enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. JoAnn enjoyed baking, puzzles, art and crafts; she loved singing to the birds; listening to gospel music and was an avid Elvis Presley fan. She was a dedicated wife. JoAnn was a survivor of a liver transplant and courageously battled breast cancer three different times and kidney disease.
She is survived by two daughters, Cindy (Bruce) Austermiller and Christy (John, who JoAnn considered a son) Fleece; a son, Randy Brown (Lisa); five grandchildren, Robert Bennett (Kevin), Ashley (Roy) Solgot, Kasey Bennett (Stephanie), Beth (Steve) Mercer and Nickolas (Christina) Bennett; five great grandchildren, Elicia, Riley, Lillie, Michael, and Isabel; two sisters, Virginia Sims and Cathy Cannon; a brother, Joe Crawford.
In addition to her parents, JoAnn was preceded in death by her Husband of 58 years, Rodney Brown; a brother, Willard Crawford Jr.; and a great granddaughter Kyleigh Mae.
Visitation will be from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Monday, April 29, 2024, at the Trinity Full Gospel Church. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, April 30, 2024, at the Trinity Full Gospel Church with Pastor Donny Rowland officiating. Burial will conclude at the Zanesville Memorial Park.
