Bruce E. Ziemer

Bruce E. Ziemer, 88 of Zanesville died at 11:17 PM Thursday, December 24, 2020 at his home under hospice care.
He was born July 24, 1932 in Zanesville the son of Robert and Georgia Mercer Ziemer.
Bruce retired from Stanley Home Products after 42 years of service and was also a member of the F.O.E. #302.
He is survived by his wife, Joan Jackson Ziemer, whom he married, May 24, 1972; sons, Rick Ziemer & Randy (Diane) Ziemer; Step-son, Doug Barnes; 8 grandchildren; 4 Great Grandchildren; and a brother, Wayne (Sally) Ziemer; and his many friends at the Eagles #302. In addition to his parents, Bruce was preceded in death by 3 brothers, Bernard, William & Jerry; and a step-daughter, Kathie Davis.
A private Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date.
Memorial contributions can be made to ALS or to the Avondale Children's Youth Center.
